Welcome to the trophy guide for Ratchet & Clank! I love this series a lot and I was super excited to finally play the game that started it all. Most trophies are related to Skill Points, so make sure you get as many as you can! Let's get started!
Gadget Master Obtain All Ratchet & Clank Trophies.
Again, as per usual, simply collect the other trophies for this shiny platinum!
Bolt Commando Gather All 40 Golden Bolts throughout the game.
Just explore every area as thoroughly as you can, and always be sure to come back after obtaining new gadgets, as you'll want to use your new toys to explore areas and find secrets you couldn't find before.
Skillful Master all 30 skill points.
Several Skill Points are linked to trophies within this guide, so you'll obtain this after several other trophies, and then some misc. skill points you have to tackle.
Ratchet, King Midas Obtain all ten gold weapons.
After defeating Drek, play a new game, and when you reach Novalis, take the new teleportation pad to reach a room with the golden versions of your weapons. To purchase all of them, you'll need 250,000 bolts and every Gold Bolt. If you want to tackle this in an easier way, do this after you've grinded for Bolt Collector.
Drek This! Defeat Chairman Drek.

Speedy Beat the hoverboard challenge in less than 1:35 on Rilgar.
Practice if you're having trouble, and you can learn the course this way. Be sure to stay on the inside when turning and go through as many blue rings as possible. With enough tries, you'll nail this in no time.
Ultimate Animal Obtain the R.Y.N.O.
A salesman in Rilgar sells the RYNO for 150,000 bolts, so make sure you save up a lot to obtain this powerful weapon!
Twisted Hoverboard Do a "Twisty" McMarx" in the hoverboard race.
While in the air, press L1, R1, L2, and R2 in that order, while spinning on your board. Might take some practice to nail the timing, but you'll obtain it in no time flat!
Unlock Sketchbook Attain 15 Skill Points to Unlock Sketchbook in Menu.

Vandal Destroy all streetlights in Oltanis.
Simply break all of the streetlights for this trophy. Just whack everything you can!
Girl Trouble Defeat Blarg Station Alien Queen using only the wrench!
It's literally as it says right here. Only use the wrench to harm the Queen. Other enemies can be killed with any other weapon, but you're better off sticking to the wrench only, just in case.
Gadgeteer Obtain all regular weapon gadgets.
Simply buy the weapons at different vendors as you go through the game. Be sure to have a lot of bolts ready to spend!
Nano This! Upgrade to Ultra Nanotech.
After buying the first Nanotech upgrade on Orxon, you can buy the Ultra Nanotech upgrade at the same vendor for 30,000 bolts.
Bolt Collector Collect 1,000,000 Bolts.
You can do one of two things. You can play the game over and over with Challenge mode and its 2x multiplier, or you can perform the Rilgar glitch to get infinite bolts. If you want to attempt the glitch, you're better off finding a video guide, as it'll be more beneficial and more properly explained than I can do here without visuals.
All Qwark'd Up Defeat Captain Qwark's Ship.

Eat Lead Use a Sand Mouse to destroy all the tanks on Batalia.
Use the Sonic Summoner to equip a Sand Mouse minion and let them fully destroy all 4 tanks. Just let them do the work for you.
Hey, Over Here! Lure an enemy into a forcefield on Orxon.
When you reach the fence, you'll see two crabs on the other side of the fence. Use your Taunter to make the crabs come towards you and die through the fence. Easy-peasy!
Strike a Pose! Stand between Al's Roboshack Statue's legs on Kerwan.
Simply glide to the statue on top of the Roboshack and stand between its legs and this one is all yours.
Vehicle Bombardier Blow Up 10 Vehicles on Eudora.
The machines carry wood around the area. Simply shoot down 10 of them to get this trophy. The Visibomb Glove is works well for this one.
Cluck, Cluck Turn a tank into a chicken on Rilgar.
Find the tank near the RYNO salesman and use the Morph-O-Ray to change the tank into a chicken!
Qwarktastic Destroy Captain Qwark's training robot on Kerwan.
You need heavy firepower to destroy the robot. Come back to Kerwan when you have the Devastator or another powerful weapon, as it's resistant to a lot of your other weapons!
Take Aim Destroy a fighter or bomber on Novalis.
Simply use any weapon to take down any passing ship in the air. Not hard, whatsoever!
Transported Destroyed three flying transports on Aridia.
Destroy the flying ships. Make sure your weapon can hit far-off targets though!
Destroyed On Gaspar, blow up all Blarg destroyers.
On Planet Gaspar, there are 6 to 7 Blarg ships hovering around the area, connected to pipes. You need to shoot or whack the pipes until they explode, which destroys the ships. Follow the path of to the right of your ship.
Sniper Shoot a Scream through the sniper hole on Orxon.
On Planet Orxon there is a small hole in between two areas. Stand on one side of the hole and aim your Blaster to shoot an enemy on the other side.
Lombax Magnetic Obtain the Magneboots.

Buried Treasure Find and destroy all the crates in the ocean on Pokitaru.
On Pokitaru, there are crates found under the water at the beginning of the level. Search for and destroy every crate. The 02 Mask and Hydro-Pack make this a lot easier, if you're so inclined!
Hit Me More! Obtain the Premium Nanotech upgrade.

These are not the droids you're looking for... Obtain the Persuader.

Magician Score 4500+ on a hoverboard race in Kalebo III.
This can be done easily using a combination of tricks and there are 6 or so tricks that will give you points quickly. The amount of points for repeatedly performing the same trick will decrease, so you must use variety to reach the 4,500 points. You do not need to finish in 1st place for the trophy to count, you can take as long as you want going around the course to do the tricks.
Very Sucky Obtain the Suck Cannon.

Pest Control Kill all Anklebiters on Planet Hoven.
On Planet Hoven, you will see a bunch of trees right near the start of the level. Walk through these trees and you will come to a small dead end. A bunch of Anklebiters will pop out from the ground and attack you - kill all of them to unlock this trophy.
Sitting Ducks Destroy all cargo ships in the base on Orbital Oltanis.
At the Gemlik Moonbase there are a number of ships docked in the area. Use the Visibomb Gun to destroy them all and the trophy will pop. One of the ships is away from the rest, so make sure you don't leave before getting it.
Careful Cruise Traverse the water region without losing any health on Veldin's Orbital Station.
On Drek's Fleet, you need to swim through tunnels filled with water to get to the next part of the level. This trophy requires you to traverse this region without being hit or losing any health at all. If you do get hit, restart the area and try again.
Going Commando Kill 10 elite guards with only the wrench on Veldin.
On Veldin, there are a number of Elite Guards amongst the smaller enemies. Kill 10 of the guards using only your wrench.
*This game took me a total of 4 days and 16 hours to finish, from the first trophy to the platinum. My first trophy was "Strike a Pose!" which was achieved on January 25th, 2015 at 1:46 AM. My final trophy was "Ratchet, King Midas" which was achieved on January 29th, 2015 at 6:37 PM, along with the platinum, "Gadget Master." This platinum trophy is the 13th platinum trophy I have received.*
